Adani Group and Emirates Cricket Board join hands for new T20 league in UAE

United Arab Emirates has decided to start their UAE T20 League next year.

This will be a six-team tournament with 34 matches.

Recently, many IPL team owners have shown interest in purchasing teams in the league.

Additionally, UAE announced that one of India’s major conglomerates, Adani Group has bought a franchise for their league.

ECB has also got the approval of the Glazer family who owns Manchester United.

Apart from Adanis, the other major stakeholders in the league are GMR Group, Capri Global and Reliance Industries.

ECB has yet to announce Shah Rukh Khan’s share in the upcoming league.

The media rights deal for the same has been given to Zee media by the ECB.

Official persons at the ECB were glad to announce all the partnerships with the major conglomerates of India.

UAE is the melting pot for all cricketing nations as it provides the right mix of players and it will be highly beneficial for the youngsters to showcase their talent.

The league will be for all players, whether experienced or young and will also involve all the top players from different cricketing nations.
