Indian cricket team’s senior batsman, Ajinkya Rahane, broke his silence on a talk show and said that someone else took all the credit for the decisions that he had taken in Australia.

Rahane was captain during last year’s win at the Gabba in the Border-Gavaskar Trophy that India won for the second time and beat Australia at their home.

India had a bad run at the Border-Gavaskar Trophy last year.

But it was Rahane who helped the team to rebuild themselves up from the ashes.

Rahane recently is going through a lean patch as he is not able to score runs in the Test format.

Even though the BCCI have given him multiple chances, he has failed to make proper use of them.

Cheteshwar Pujara is also lacking in his form, and thus the Board has decided to send them back to domestic cricket.

BCCI have decided not to include Pujara and Rahane in India’s Test squad for the upcoming Test series against Sri Lanka.

Rahane scored just one half-century in the recent tour to South Africa.

Both Pujara and Rahane will take part in the Ranji Trophy and try to get back their place in the team.
