India will play England in the final Test match of the Pataudi Cup on July 1-5.

The big news that has come to the fore is that Cheteshwar Pujara has been recalled back to the Indian squad.

Pujara has been in good form in the county season where he has hit four centuries so far for Sussex.

In all, he has 720 runs from eight innings so far in the championship.

Pujara also showed some form for Saurashtra in the Ranji Trophy where he scored two fifties in just 5 innings.

The bowling lineup has the likes of Mohammed Siraj, Umesh Yadav, Shardul Thakur and Prasidh Krishna which will be spearheaded by Jasprit Bumrah.

Prasidh Krishna has been outstanding in the domestic season as well as in this year’s IPL.

The two spin options will be Ravindra Jadeja and R Ashwin who are always the frontline options for India.

KS Bharat has been chosen as the second wicket-keeper batsman after Rishabh Pant.

India will leave for England on the 15th of June where they will play a warm-up Test match.

Ajinkya Rahane will miss the tour due to a hamstring injury.

Mayank Agarwal and Priyank Panchal were overlooked by the selectors.
