The IPL has started in full swing from the 31st of March with everyone already having played their first matches.
While some have shown a solid all-round performance in the first game itself, the others have not been so lucky.

On the other hand, the elite commentary panelists have also picked out their top 2 that can make it to the finals of the IPL.
Although it is still early days in the tournament, the panelists are pretty confident about their choices.
This season, Rajasthan Royals and Royal Challengers Bangalore have been excellent in their first matches, both winning their respective games rather convincingly against their opponents.
Therefore, these two are looking tough to beat this season of the IPL and they can also enter the playoffs if they play in the same manner.

Commentators select their top 2 teams for the IPL final
So, starting off, former Australian allrounder, David Hussey says,
RR and LSG are looking to finish as the top two teams at the end of the league stage.
Meanwhile, former South African cricketer and Kolkata Knight Riders coach, Jacques Kallis says,
I think RR and DC have it in them to finish as the top two teams in IPL 2023.
On the other hand, former West Indies cricketer, Daren Ganga has predicted,
RCB and GT according to me will end up finishing as the top two teams in this season.
Tom Moody has also chipped in with his prediction of the top two,
Early stages but LSG and RR look like the teams to beat. They can be the top two teams in the group stage.
Says T20 World Cup-winning skipper, Aaron Finch,
I think Gujarat Titans and Rajasthan Royals will end up finishing as the top two teams. They again seem very strong teams.
Says S Sreesanth former India pacer,

Former India Woman cricketer, Mithali Raj says,
Lucknow and Rajasthan- these two teams are looking very strong. They can finish in the top position.
Moreover, Irfan Pathan has also backed Manjrekar by saying that RR and RCB can finish as the top two.
Bangalore and Rajasthan have started strongly and looked a very balanced side. They should finish in the top two in the league stage.
Finally, Mohammed Kaif also predicted his top two for the final. He says,
Lucknow Super Giants and Royal Challengers Bangalore will finish as the top two sides.
