India will be facing South Africa in just a matter of days from now.

The home team has so far had a brilliant run in the T20Is since last year.

India began their unbeatable winning campaign against Afghanistan in last year’s ICC T20 World Cup.

Virat Kohli won 2 T20Is as captain, after which Rohit Sharma added 9 more wins to take the tally to 12-0.

Now, KL Rahul will have a big responsibility to uphold the wins for India against South Africa.

If India wins the 1st T20I against the Proteas, they will create a new world record for themselves.

Also, KL Rahul will need to prove himself once again as a suitable successor to Rohit Sharma.

He will once again be facing the same team who defeated them last year in South Africa.

Cricket South Africa has sent their best team to India and they now have the experience of Indian conditions after playing 2 months’ worth of IPL.

India will however remain without the services of Rohit Sharma, Virat Kohli, Jasprit Bumrah and Mohammed Shami.

The only senior players in the team are Bhuvneshwar Kumar and Dinesh Karthik.
