This was indeed a shocking move by the Mumbai Indians.

Liam Livingstone went to the Punjab Kings for a price of INR 11.5 crore.

Archer will not be available for this year’s IPL as he is recovering from elbow surgery.

Tim David also got his spot in the Mumbai Indians after a frenetic battle rose between the Indians and the Knight Riders.

David Miller, Matthew Wade and Wriddhiman Saha went to Gujarat Titans.

Sam Billings and Chris Jordan went to the Knight Riders and the Chennai Super Kings respectively.

Aiden Markram went to the Sunrisers Hyderabad for INR 2.6 crores.

Players who earned high amounts on the second day were Odean Smith, Marco Jansen, Shivam Dube, Khaleel Ahmed, Chetan Sakariya, Romario Shepherd and Rovman Powell.

It was also a day for the U-19 stars to shine when Raj Bawa, Rajvardhan Hangargekar, Vicky Ostwal and Yash Dhull made a mark for themselves at the auction.
