Sanju Samson, Rajasthan Royals skipper said that the team batted really well. Was happy that they could put up such a big total. Mentioned that the wicket was sticky but it also was two-paced as well as there was uneven bounce. Added that it was a tough wicket to bat on but his batsmen did really well. Further said that their 5 bowler strategy has worked for them so far and that they will come back stronger. Mentioned that a few overs didn’t go their way and that’s why they lost the game. Concluded by saying that they will bounce back in the next match.
Hardik Pandya, Gujarat Titans captain was happy with the win and said that he has really started to balance things in his life. Mentioned that his family have been a big support to him which has helped him to become a better cricketer. Added that he is proud of the way his boys have played throughout the tournament and that is why they are at this stage. Praised Miller’s performance and said that they wanted to finish the game as fast as they can and not leave it to the others. Ended by saying that winning the trophy would be a dream come true.
