Mumbai is now at number six and Kolkata is at seven. Kolkata will have equal points with Mumbai if they beat Delhi on Thursday. However, in terms of run rate, Mumbai and Punjab are expected to rise to the top five.
Rajasthan tops the points list. They have eight points in five matches. Lucknow is at second place with six points from the same number of matches. These two teams are facing each other on Wednesday. Lucknow has a chance to touch Rajasthan by getting eight points. But maybe Rajasthan will be at the top due to good run rate. KKR has to defeat Delhi Capitals to keep up the hope of regaining its spot in the top four.
