Former India player and skipper, MS Dhoni was a force to reckon with during his days as an international cricketer.
Additionally, he is also the only Indian skipper to win the T20 World Cup, ODI World Cup and ICC Champions Trophy for India.
Recently, Dhoni was seen mentoring young women cricketers during an event hosted by MasterCard.
The event titled ‘Cricket Clinic-MSD’ saw girls getting some valuable coaching tips from the legendary cricketer.
Moreover, these girls were selected through a contest on social media. During the workshop. these girls received some quality advice from MSD himself.
In the end, the girls posed for a group photo with Dhoni and also received signed bats from him. Moreover, MasterCard has decided to host such workshops in the future as well.
Additionally, 15 girls took part in this workshop. Through this exercise, the future of women’s cricket is in great hands.
MS Dhoni feels happy to be associated with MasterCard Workshop
On the other hand, Dhoni has expressed his happiness on being part of such a wonderful event.
He feels that girls and women are now breaking the glass ceiling and being equal to men in all fields.
Furthermore, Dhoni says that this workshop has increased his faith in women’s cricket’s potential going forward.

My interactions with several women cricketers during MasterCard Cricket Clinic-MSD have deepened my confidence in the future of women’s cricket in India.
