Prithvi Shaw - Indian Team

A group of fans recently attacked Team India cricketer Prithvi Shaw outside a hotel, garnering media attention. The reason behind the attack was that the cricketer refused to take a photo with Sapna Gill, a social media influencer. In a recent development, the Mumbai police have sent all the main accused to judicial custody for fourteen days.

According to reports, Sapna Gill has claimed that Prithvi Shaw hit her on her chest and arms during the altercation. Earlier reports had suggested that Gill had demanded selfies with the Indian cricketer and that they had a heated argument. However, Gill has denied these claims, stating that she neither knew Shaw nor did she ask for selfies with him. Shaw has not yet commented on the controversy.

IS PRITHVI SHAW IN TROUBLE?

Sapna Gill, the Bhojpuri Actress who was sent to judicial custody for attacking Prithvi Shaw, has filed a new complaint against the cricketer. The complaint has been registered under various sections of the Indian Penal Code, including criminal conspiracy, rioting, unlawful assembly, causing hurt, use of criminal force, the outrage of modesty, and advantage of proximity.

As per the complaint, Gill has accused Shaw of outraging her modesty. It remains to be seen how the case will proceed and what the outcome will be.

Police took Sapna Gill into custody on February 17. They said that she hurt Prithvi Shaw and damaged his friend’s car on February 15. Shaw said that Gill hit him because he didn’t want to take photos with her and her friends again. Shaw had gone to eat dinner with his friends at Hotel Sahara Star Cafe.

When Prithvi Shaw and his friend were leaving the hotel, they saw Sapna Gill’s group breaking into his friend’s car. Shaw’s friend called the hotel manager, and they were asked to leave. The vandals then broke the car’s windows with a baseball bat. Videos showed that the bat was inserted through the broken rear window and the front window was also smashed.
