Ravindra Jadeja reveals the attitude of CSK towards all players
Ravindra Jadeja said on the IPL broadcaster,
“The CSK management committee and the owner (N Srinivasan) never pressured the cricketers. Even after 11 years with CSK, they have the same mentality and outlook. Even if you play badly, they will never pressure you by saying anything.”
Ravindra Jadeja also said that there is no higher authority in the party. There is no bias towards any particular cricketer. According to what Jadeja added,
“There are no seniors and juniors in our team. The Under-19 cricketers will also get the same honor as the rest of the seniors. No pressure. No favoritism is done to anyone whether they play or not.”
CSK shares nice bond with the fans
Ravindra Jadeja’s words also revealed how much CSK has developed a close relationship with the fans.
The veteran CSK all rounder Jadeja said,
“The time we played in Pune, CSK arranged to keep 2-3 thousand fans in Pune. Food, accommodation were arranged.”
