England and Wales Cricket Board or the ECB have chosen a 14-man squad for the away series against Amsterdam.

It is a 3-match ODI series and will be a historic one for both sides.

Amstelveen is hosting all three ODIs in June.

The series is due to start on the 17th of June and England has seen many comebacks in the latest ODI squad.

One of these comebacks is of youngster Sam Curran who was out of action for the past six months due to a stress fracture of the back.

Another is the comeback of opener Jason Roy who had taken a break from IPL.

Other players have returned to the squad after completing their IPL stints.

Newly appointed white-ball head coach of the England Men’s team, Matthew Mott said that he is very excited to be leading a team with a mix of youth and experience.

England’s ODI team last played in July after which they have not had many opportunities to play.

With the ICC Men’s 50-over World Cup due in 18 months in India, England wants to prepare at full capacity.
