Former India cricketer, Suresh Raina has recently joined India Maharajas for the 2nd edition of Legends League Cricket Masters.
Apart from Raina, Harbhajan Singh has also joined the Maharajas for the upcoming season.
Therefore, the addition of these two players will give a much-needed boost to the Maharajas who were unable to win the title last time.
In international cricket for India, Raina played 18 Tests, 226 ODIs, and 78 T20Is before he bid adieu to it in August 2020.
Moreover, he has scored 1605 runs in T20Is for India and was an excellent team player.
Now, Raina has expressed his happiness about becoming a part of India Maharajas in the LLC Masters and says that their only ambition is to win the title this time around.
I am looking forward to being part of LLC Masters. The format is such that we will be representing India again. It is always a pleasure to represent your country. We would focus on bringing the trophy home this time. I am really looking forward to playing with all the legends.
On the other hand, Legends League Cricket CEO and Co-Founder, Raman Raheja welcomed both Raina and Harbhajan. He says,
We have added almost 20 new senior players for this season to the pool of 50 players. We welcome Raina and Harbhajan to the Legends League Cricket. We hope to see some fireworks from these greats of the game for the India Maharajas.
