The Gujarat Titans captain Hardik Pandya said that he might not play the rest of the Indian Premier League 2023. Hardik Pandya further added that He fell ill and has lost nearly 7 to 8 kg of weight. “I can’t confirm that (on his chances of playing again this season). Yash fell ill and lost 7-8 kilos after that match. There was a spread of viral infection during that period and also due to the pressure he had faced, his condition is presently not good enough to take the field. Someone’s loss is someone’s gain at the end of the day. It is going to take a long time before we see him on the field,” Hardik said during his interaction with Star Sports.
Gujarat Tiatans are going well in the tournament as same as the past season of IPL. Yash Dayal has been replaced by the experienced bowler, Mohit Sharma. He has been so good with the ball and bowls in the middle and death overs. Mohit just takes the pace off the ball and is consistent with lengths.
