C Pujara dropped from the Indian test team after not making centuries and big starts for the team. According to many reports selectors see Jaiswal to replace him in the playing 11.
C Pujara dropped but doors are open to him
“The Men’s Selection Committee has picked India’s squad for the upcoming two-match Test series. And three ODIs against the West Indies. India are also scheduled to play five T20Is and the squad for the same will be announced later,”. BCCI said in a release.
C pujara played the county championship ahead of the World Test Championship Final. However, his preparations did not help him in the big final. He was not able to score big for the team.

Mohammed Siraj is the leading fast bowler in both the ODI and test squad. He is most likely to lead the pace bowling unit, especially in the test matches. C Pujara is to be replaced by Jaiswal. Mukesh Kumar who has been traveling with the team got a chance in the squad. Ruturaj Gaikwad got test and ODI call ups.
