Dwayne Bravo gives update on MS Dhoni’s retirement plan post IPL

Furthermore, Bravo expressed confidence that the new Impact Player rule, providing necessary breaks between matches, will aid Dhoni in maintaining his fitness and prolonging his illustrious career. With the final set to be held in Ahmedabad, it promises to be a memorable occasion, potentially adding significance to Dhoni’s IPL journey.

Chennai Super Kings, the four-time champions, secured a 15-run victory over Gujarat Titans on May 23 in Chennai, earning their spot in the final. “100 percent (will he return to play for CSK in 2024?), especially with the Impact Player rule. He can keep prolonging his career. We bat really deep. I think the likes of Ajinkya Rahane and Shivam Dube, these guys make a huge difference. So, you don’t require much from MS. No one can match his ability to remain calm under pressure,”
