Harbhajan Singh praises spinner Ravindra Jadeja for consistency

Chennai Super Kings

Chennai Super Kings and Sunrisers Hyderabad met on April 21 in Chennai. The pitch was bitted of a slowish one which helped the Super Kings spinners very well. Chennai Super Kings won the match by seven wickets. In the bowling department, Allrounder Ravindra Jadeja bowled very well and also got praise from Harbhajan Singh. In the batting department, Devon Conway played the innings fully and made the team win the match. However, it still took them 18 overs to chase 135 runs.

Harbhajan Singh on Ravindra Jadeja

“You get the rhythm and if see Ravindra Jadeja today – he didn’t bowl even one bad ball. The line and length was so precise that the batters had to do something special to score runs, that he won’t give runs, so you would have to play some shots to score runs,” Harbhajan said during a post-match discussion on Star Sports.

Harbhajan Singh further added that

“The shot options they chose were wrong. Mayank Agarwal came out of the crease so early. He gave a telegram that he was going to come out and gave the bowler an opportunity to see him and bowl slightly wider,”

The victims of the allrounder’s are Abhishek Sharma, caught by Ajinkya Rahane, in the long off. The second victim is Rahul Tripati against whom his records are so good. And the last was Mayank Agarwal.
