IPL: Match 32, Royal Challengers Bangalore vs Rajasthan Royals, Match Preview, Details, Pitch Report, Prediction

Royal Challengers Bangalore

It is Sunday, so it is another double header day of the IPL. The first game of today is between two of the most dangerous teams of this IPL. Lets look at the match preview and other details of this mouth watering game.

MATCH PREVIEW

Yuzvendra Chahal will play his first IPL game at Chinnaswamy Stadium as a part of Rajasthan Royals after spending eight seasons at Royal Challengers Bangalore. RCB opted not to retain Chahal and instead spent INR 10.75 crore on Wanindu Hasaranga.

Hasaranga had a great first season, taking 26 wickets and finishing second in the race for the Purple Cap. However, Chahal beat him to the award and has continued his form into 2023. Chahal has a remarkable IPL record at Chinnaswamy with 51 wickets, and he must be eager to prove a point against his former team this weekend. Given RCB’s occasional struggles against spin this season, Chahal’s four overs could determine the outcome of the match.

At Chinnaswamy, RR has won 4 matches out of 8, giving them an upper hand over RCB who have only won 2. So considering all the factors, RR should win this game. But RCB and pull off a win if their bowling clicks. It’ll be a six galore undoubtedly.
