Ravindra Jadeja to Kapil Dev
“I don’t know when he (Kapil Dev) has said this. I don’t search these things on social media. See everyone has their own opinion. Ex-player have full right to share their opinion, but I don’t think there is any arrogance in this team,.” Ravindra Jadeja was quoted as saying by NDTV Sports.
He further added that
“Everyone is enjoying their cricket and everyone are hardworking. No one has taken anything for granted. They are giving their 100 percent. Such comments generally come when the Indian team lost a match. This is a good bunch of boys; this is a good group. We are representing India and that is our main aim, there is no personal agenda,”. The allrounder Ravindra Jadeja explained.
Kapil Dev said that
“Sometimes, when too much money comes, arrogance comes. These cricketers, they feel they know everything,” Kapil Dev told in an interview with ‘The Week’. The statement was made by Kapil Dev after the loss of the Indian team in the second One Day International against the West Indies. Ravindra Jadeja made his statement to reply to former Indian captain. Notably, the West Indies did not qualify for the World Cup 2023.
On the other hand, the Indian team rested both their senior-most players of the Team. Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli both are not part of the last two One Day Internationals against West Indies. The next ODI game for the Indian team is in Asia Cup.
