Ambati Rayudu on missing out on World Cup 2019 team
“I had some issues with the member of the selection committee when I was playing with them in the early stages of my career, which might be one of the reasons why I was out of the team in World Cup 2019,” Ambati Rayudu told TV9 Telugu.
His tweet during the World Cup went viral.
“Just Ordered a new set of 3d glasses to watch the world cup,” wrote Ambati Rayudu in his tweet.
The middle order batsman did not take any name for his loss. He also took retirement recently after the win in the final of the Indian Premier League 2023. He has the joint most title winner with the Indian Captain Rohit Sharma in IPL. Both Rohit Sharma and Ambati have six titles to their name as a player in the Indian Premier League.
